Orders & Purchasing
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. Fill in your shipping details and select a payment method to finalize your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Prior to delivery of the Goods, you may cancel an order at any time, provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
Do I need an account to shop?
Yes, you need to create an account to place orders. This allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and view your order history.
What is your minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. You can purchase a single item or multiple items.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, direct bank deposit/electronic funds transfer, Instant EFT, and Lizelm Trading Vouchers. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your complete payment details on our servers.
When will I be charged?
For Cash on Delivery, you pay when you receive your order. For Bank Transfer, payment is required before your order is shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Where we accept your order, we will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 days of receipt of your payment. Delivery charges are subject to change and will be displayed in your cart when you check out.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are subject to change at any time. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all areas within South Africa. Additional fees may apply for remote locations.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
How do I return an item?
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Contact customer service to arrange an exchange.

Are your products authentic?
Yes! All products sold on Lizelm Trading are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes, eligible products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty details are provided on individual product pages.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on product pages. You can contact us to inquire about restocking dates or similar alternatives.
