Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all provinces and major cities across South Africa, including:

Gauteng - Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand
Western Cape - Cape Town, Stellenbosch
KwaZulu-Natal - Durban, Pietermaritzburg
Eastern Cape - Port Elizabeth, East London

Note: Remote and rural areas are also serviced, though delivery times may be extended by 2-3 business days.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days)

Orders under R500: R75
Orders R500 and above: FREE

Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

Major cities: R150
Other areas: R200

Express delivery is available for selected products only. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery (Selected Areas)

Johannesburg & Pretoria CBD: R250

Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM. Available Monday to Friday only.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Business Days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

Peak Season Notice

During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be extended by 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Delivery Details

Signature Required

A signature is required for all deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during business hours (8 AM - 5 PM).

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive your delivery, the courier will attempt delivery twice more. After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you'll be contacted to arrange collection or re-delivery.
